The Retired Matriarch of the Cattery
Anya was our first breeding female and will always hold a special place in my heart. She carries herself
with a regal air which only breaks when she in the Great Huntress
mode (flys and squirrels beware) or when she is being petted
(then she becomes a purring ball in your lap). As you can
see Anya has a beautiful ticked coat with tabby stripes only
visible on her face and legs. As she has aged her eyes have
become a lovely green. Although Anya was a great mother and produced beautiful kittens she required c-sections to give birth. She and her daughter Alina have been retired to be pampered pets with Kim, Glen and family in Vernon, BC.
